In Alaska we are working to build local capacity to steward and manage the region’s tremendous forest and watershed resources. Some of the most valuable salmon runs on the planet rely on the healthy streams & watersheds of the Tongass National Forest in Southeast Alaska and the NFF is working hard to help restore these streams and enhance fish habitat for the benefit of these fish and the local communities that rely upon them.
