Requests for Proposals

This Request for Proposals is for restoration services related to the Bald Mountain Stewardship Project including the following:

• Forest Thinning on up to eleven (11) separate units on Bald Mountain totaling 90 acres.
• Mastication Treatments: up to 60 acres of mastication within the Bald Mountain Special Use Permit area.
• Wood loading, hauling and delivery associated with Wood for Life.
• Onsite project oversight and NFF contract administration.

Pre-Bid Tour – The NFF and U.S. Forest Service will host a pre-bid virtual tour for interested contractors at a time TBD and/ or upon request. Please RSVP by April 14, 2025.
