Tunnel Picnic Area Toilet Replacement, Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests & Pawnee National Grassland, Colorado

National Forest Foundation, in partnership with the USFS Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland (ARP), seeks contractor services to install a new vault toilet on the Canyon Lakes Ranger District of the ARP. This project consists of the removal of an existing fire damaged stick-built toilet, then transporting and installing one prefabricated concrete toilet and associated site work at the Tunnel Picnic Site.

The toilet construction will include, but is not limited to, quality control, clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of the existing toilet building, removal and disposal of existing vault, structure excavation, bedding and compaction, backfilling, site grading, and providing and installing a prefabricated concrete toilet.
