Patricia Hayling Price is an executive coach and business strategist helping companies, professionals and teams reach higher levels of performance effectiveness and reward. As Founder and President of LIVEWORKSTRATEGIZE LLC, she continues to leverage insight from a successful corporate career. Corporate leadership roles over more than two decades at IBM, included Business Strategy, Consulting, Marketing, CRM, Sales, DEI, Operations, Communications and Leadership Development. During her tenure at IBM, she served as Global Business Executive and was recognized with many awards including the distinctive Global Marketing Excellence Award.

Although Patricia ascended through domestic and global leadership roles in a variety of functions, her passion for strategy and professional development inspired her to launch her consultancy in 2006. Patricia serves as Managing Director for MLT’s (Management Leadership for Tomorrow) executive programs; having built the Career Advancement Program (CAP) in 2007… she continues to lead its delivery and enhancements until today. It has been called a “best in class” program by SAP and Amazon among others. CAP Fellows are sponsored from elite companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Citi Bank, Target, Clorox, Door Dash, Pandora, Walker Dunlop, PNC, and Pandora…among many others. CAP, celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, has hosted the Leadership Horizon (in - residence) Seminars at Wharton, Yale School of Management and The Corporate Executive Board.

Patricia’s contributions to community include board directorships with the American Heart Association of Westchester, Westchester Medical Center Board (nominated by Governor Pataki), International Marketing Research Association, Gala Committee for the Bruce Museum of Greenwich Connecticut, the Harlem Junior Tennis and Education Program and The National Forest Foundation where she served as Board Chair. She is a Charles P. Dana Fellow, a Thomas J. Watson Fellow and a graduate of Colgate University. Recently , Patricia delivered the keynote address celebrating 50 years of woman at Colgate University. Patricia and her husband Dr. Thomas Price reside in Westchester County. They are the proud parents of professionally accomplished and service minded young adults.
