Grace Fullmer

Grace joined the NFF in 2026 as the Associate Corporate Giving Officer. In this role, she develops impactful partnerships with corporations to further forest conservation efforts across the country. Growing up in the “woods” of Prescott, Arizona, Grace developed an unwavering connection to the vast public lands surrounding her hometown, specifically the Prescott National Forest. Following her childhood dreams, she received a Bachelor’s in Environmental Biology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO and a Master’s in the Human Dimensions of Natural Resources from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.

Grace has over 15 years’ experience working in the natural resources field, with a strong focus on community-based conservation, and fundraising. Prior to joining the NFF, Grace managed the corporate partnerships program at River Network, a national non-profit. She is passionate about engaging corporate partners in meaningful on-the-ground work—helping to make a lasting impact for generations to come. Grace currently resides in Durango, CO and can often be found crafting or out on the trail with her pups hiking, biking, or slowly meandering on the hunt for epic wildflowers.
