Wesley E. Lipner
Ambassador CouncilWes Lipner is a real estate developer focused on large-scale land and conservation projects, with more than 25 years of experience across the United States and internationally. His work spans land acquisition, development, capital formation, and long-term asset management, with a focus on integrating development, capital, and land stewardship.
Wes is currently Managing Director of Green Drake, a conservation and land-use advisory and development platform, where he leads conservation and land planning initiatives in the United States and New Zealand. His work includes transforming large-scale working landscapes, including over 100,000 acres in New Zealand, and developing long-term conservation income streams through carbon markets and land management strategies.
Wes co-founded Eleven Experience, a global adventure hospitality platform, and was instrumental in building Grassy Creek, a private investment and development platform. He led real estate acquisition and development efforts across nine countries, spanning hospitality, residential, agricultural, and conservation-oriented land projects, and helped structure international investment platforms supporting that growth. Wes has been actively involved in conservation-focused land stewardship throughout his career, with a particular interest in models that align private capital, working landscapes, and long-term environmental outcomes.
Wes lives in Mill Valley, California with his wife and two children. He spends as much time as possible outdoors with his family and is an avid angler and hunter, with a strong personal connection to the landscapes and ecosystems that shape his work.
