Water Systems Improvements (A&E) for Steamboat Work Center and Horseshoe Bend Campground Umpqua National Forest, Oregon
The intent of this project is to obtain professional architectural, engineering, and technical (A&E) design services for Water System Improvements at the Steamboat Work Center and Horseshoe Bend Campground. The selected Contractor(s) will develop preliminary and final design documents and final construction documents for both sites.

Pre-Bid Meeting NFF and the USFS will hold a pre-bid meeting for interested contractors on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 10AM PST. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory to submit a bid. A record of questions asked and USFS answers will be provided to all interested contractors. The meeting will be held at the Steamboat Inn, located at 42705 N. Umpqua Highway, Idleyld Park, Oregon.
