Angela Norcross

Angela Norcross joined the National Forest Foundation (NFF) in April 2025 and serves as the Director of Grants and Contract Administration. In this role, she directs strategy, implementation, and management of grantmaking, contracting, and procurement processes to advance NFF program goals.

She brings a strong commitment to mission-driven service and community impact. Before joining the NFF, Angela worked for USAID implementing partners, managing international development portfolios across Haiti, sub-Saharan Africa, and Ukraine. She most recently led grants and procurement on a quick-response program in Ukraine, in which she optimized program processes and ensured effective grants and contract management. Angela is excited to apply her experience to find a way at the NFF.

Based in Virginia, Angela enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors. Through her work at the NFF, she hopes to share her love of nature and exploring new places into action for America’s forests.
