With more than 20 years of experience spanning three continents, she’s an empathic leader who creates environments where teams thrive and breakthrough ideas flourish. She’s also a natural connector who brings together people and perspectives to unlock new possibilities and turn opportunities into meaningful impact.
Before joining the National Forest Foundation, Kelly served as Head of Global Brand, Marketing + Communications at YPO, the world’s largest learning community for chief executives. She founded The Possibility Shop, a brand strategy consulting practice dedicated to helping purpose-driven organizations unlock the potential of their brand to create greater mission impact. And she’s served as VP of Brand Strategy + Creative Services at PBS, spearheading industry-first initiatives and award-winning campaigns that resulted in double-digit brand engagement and solidifying PBS’ position as America’s most trusted public institution.
Kelly is an active outdoor enthusiast and explorer who spends as much of her free time as possible traveling, biking, hiking, upcycling and community building. She serves as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, creative judge for the In-House Agency Forum and volunteer for her son’s bilingual elementary school in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia.
