With more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including senior roles in global enterprise organizations, Nicole Durham serves as the Director of People & Culture. Her leadership in talent development, organizational culture, and people-centered strategy has earned her two President’s Awards for HR Excellence. Nicole is committed to building practical, scalable people and culture programs that help teams grow, thrive, and feel supported.

Based in the Southern Region, she’s inspired by the area’s unique longleaf pine savannas-an ecosystem just as vital and breathtaking as the nearby coastline. She also enjoys spending meaningful time with her family, and caring for her adored rescue kitty, Truffle.
