For those who live in the city, getting outdoors can sometimes be tough. Between the concrete jungle and small city parks, many find themselves missing the solitude and rejuvenating green space that our National Forests and Grasslands provide. Luckily, for millions of people, many National Forests are right outside major city centers. Though you might call an urban environment home, we hope you find some time to escape the city to explore our Forests.
