Ways to Give

When you support the National Forest Foundation (NFF), you join forces with dozens of communities, hundreds of local organizations, and thousands of individuals working to conserve and restore our National Forests and Grasslands. Your gift helps ensure a sustainable future for the many resources our National Forests and Grasslands provide to us all - fresh air and clean water, outdoor recreation experiences, diverse wildlife, and wild places to roam.

All donors ($25 and above) receive a subscription to Your National Forests magazine and our monthly e-newsletter tree-mail™.

The National Forest Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax deductible. Our federal tax ID is 52-1786332.

Many employers offer matching-gift programs, which can double your charitable gifts to the NFF. You can find out if your company has a matching gift program by contacting your human resources department.

The NFF participates in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) through Earth Share - an alliance of the nation’s top-performing environmental and conservation charities. The NFF has participated in the CFC since 2002 and appreciates the hundreds of federal government, postal service and U.S. military employees who have supported the NFF through payroll deduction.
