Chair

Until August 2019, Rob Leary was the Chief Executive Officer of The Olayan Group, a private, multinational enterprise that is both an international investor and a diversified commercial and industrial business. Prior to May 2017, Rob was the CEO of Nuveen, a $900 billion global asset manager of equities, fixed income, real estate, and private equity. Rob is a member of the Board of Directors of Intact Financial Corporation, the leading property and casualty insurance company in Canada.

Rob is also an independent board director of Citizens Financial Group, which is the 13th largest retail bank in the US and delivers a broad range of financial services to over 5 million individuals, companies, not-for-profits, and institutions. Rob is also a founding member of The Council, a consulting firm that provides confidential advice and counsel to senior executives. He also serves as a consultant or advisory board member to a number of firms.

Rob began his career as a lawyer for White & Case in New York and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He then moved into the financial services arena with JP Morgan & Co in New York. He helped build AIG Financial Products' investment business and later was CEO of ING Investment Management Americas and ING Insurance US (now Voya). He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science at Union College and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. He has also served on the boards of numerous not for profit boards focusing on education, the environment, and humanitarian aid.

Rob is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, cycling, kayaking, skiing, and boating.

Bob Wheeler is President and CEO of Airstream, Inc., manufacturer of the world’s most iconic recreational vehicles. Since assuming this position in 2005, Bob has guided Airstream through one of the worst economic downturns in industry history and led the company to record sales fueled by product innovation, cutting edge marketing, and the public’s renewed appreciation for Airstream’s authenticity and quality.

Bob brings a great blend of technical and people skills to his office in Airstream’s Jackson Center, OH manufacturing facility. An engineer by training, he has a deep understanding of the Airstream product and manufacturing process. He is also noted for his positive management style, which emphasizes inclusiveness, encouragement, and creative thinking about the future of the brand.

Prior to becoming CEO, Bob served as Airstream’s VP of Product Development and Engineering. In that job, he shaped business strategy and oversaw programs to expand product offerings to new customer groups.

He has also held management positions with companies owned by Airstream’s parent, Thor Industries. Among his assignments: Director of Purchasing for Dutchmen, Inc., Director of Operations at Aero Coach. He was also Director of Product Development for Fleetwood, Inc.’s American Coach Division.

Bob Wheeler came to recreational vehicles from the auto industry. After earning a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester, he joined General Motors as a manufacturing engineer in the Saginaw Steering Gear Division Buffalo plant, where he began to master both the functional and financial aspects of the heavy manufacturing process.

In addition to his engineering degree, Bob holds an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Bob lives in Columbus, OH, with his wife and their three boys. He is an avid cyclist.

Janice Innis-Thompson is an attorney who has worked for leading companies in financial services, technology and manufacturing. She joined Nationwide in October 2020, after a distinguished career in government and as a Chief Compliance Counsel and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at companies such as International Paper, Tyco International, TIAA and Samsung Electronics, North America. She created TIAA’s Ethics program, which won Ethisphere’s Awards in 2014, 2015 and 2016 ranking TIAA as one of the most Ethical Companies in the World.

In her current role as SVP, Litigation and Legal Operations, she leads a large group of attorneys and legal professionals who manage Corporate Litigation and provide legal counsel to Finance, HR, IT and Marketing.

Following a Judicial Clerkship on the US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, Janice began her career with the United States Department of Justice, where she was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in three jurisdictions: Middle Districr od Florida; Western District of NY; and Eastern District of NY. During that time she also served a year as Counsel to the Director of EOUSA (Executive Office for United States Attorneys), and worked with Attorney General Janet Reno during the 1996 election. In addition to her day job, she has served on several non-profit boards offering guidance on governance, risk management, compliance and audit. She also served as an initiating member of Edward Jones’ BridgeBuilder Mutual Fund, which currently has over $100 Billion in assets under care. Janice chaired BridgeBuilders’ Nominations & Governance Committee for 7 years and was a member of the Audit Committee. She currently serves on the boards of the Executive Leadership Council and University of Florida’s Law Center Association.

Janice holds a B.S. with honors and a J.D. from the University of Florida, Gainesville.

Jose Minaya

Jose Minaya is the Chief Executive Officer of Nuveen, responsible for its vision, strategy and day-to-day operations. He and his leadership team set and execute key growth initiatives and provide oversight of all investment management teams and client businesses. He also chairs the Nuveen Executive Committee.

Jose previously served as President and Chief Investment Officer of Nuveen, responsible for overseeing all investment activities for more than $1 trillion in assets spanning the globe and covering equities, fixed income, real estate, private markets, natural resources, other alternatives and responsible investments. Prior to that he led TIAA’s global real assets division, where he was responsible for setting strategy and developing our investment capabilities across real estate, agriculture, timber, infrastructure, energy and alternative credit strategies. He joined TIAA as a fixed income portfolio manager in 2004, and has more than 27 years of investment experience at firms including AIG, Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan.

Jose serves on the board of the Robert Toigo Foundation, an organization that fosters career advancement and increased leadership of underrepresented talent. He is also executive sponsor for the Inclusion and Diversity initiative at TIAA, working to build and promote a diverse and inclusive environment throughout the enterprise. Jose holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from Manhattan College and an MBA from Dartmouth’s Amos Tuck School of Business.

Caroline Choi is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Southern California Edison (SCE), one of the nation's largest electric utilities, and its parent company, Edison International. Choi is responsible for overseeing Government Affairs, Public Affairs, Corporate Communications and Corporate Philanthropy on national, state and local levels. Previously, Choi served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at SCE. In that role, she was responsible for the company's regulatory strategy and policy at the national and state levels, including regulatory affairs, regulatory operations and environmental affairs.

Choi also served as Vice President of Energy and Environmental Policy at SCE, where she oversaw the analysis of energy and environmental policies; development of a long-term environmental, energy and technology strategy for SCE; and management of regulatory efforts at the California Public Utilities Commission and other state energy and environmental agencies. Before joining SCE in 2012, Choi was Executive Director of Environmental Services & Strategy at Progress Energy (now Duke Energy), where she was responsible for leading environmental permitting, compliance and policy. She served the company in various roles, including Director, Energy Policy & Strategy, and Manager, Federal Public Affairs.

Choi is active in national policy and community engagement, where she serves on the board of the Smart Electric Power Alliance, a nationwide organization that supports utilities in the implementation and deployment of clean energy and distributed resources. She also chairs the board of Veloz, a non-profit dedicated to accelerating the shift to electric transportation through public-private collaboration and public engagement. In addition, she serves on the boards of the Electric Transportation Community Development Corporation, Los Angeles Business Council and National Forest Foundation. Choi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Dartmouth College.

Allie Kline brings to the Board deep marketing, communications and transformation expertise. Most recently she served as chief marketing and communications officer for Oath Inc., the Verizon Communications, Inc. subsidiary consisting of 20+ distinctive digital brands reaching 1 billion consumers including AOL, HuffPost, MAKERS, TechCrunch, Tumblr, and Yahoo. She served as chief marketing and communications officer for Oath, from Oath’s formation in 2017 following Verizon’s acquisition of Yahoo to July 2018, where she was responsible for all consumer and B2B marketing, external and internal communications, brand strategy and creative, and corporate citizenship and cause marketing.

She also served as the head of MAKERS, Oath’s prominent women's media brand. Kline held the position of chief marketing and communications officer for AOL from 2013 to 2017 prior to and following Verizon’s acquisition of AOL in 2015.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pier 1 Imports and is a member of the iconic retailer’s Compensation Committee. She previously chaired the Oath Foundation Board, was a member of the Executive Committee for the Internet Advertising Board of Directors, and served on the Board of The Female Quotient. Kline is a diehard Boston Celtics fan currently living in Denver, Colorado. She enjoys fishing, hiking and skiing with her husband, two daughters and dog Fenway.

As Head of Consumer Products, Matt lead's TD's consumer portfolios, including Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending, Checking, Deposit, and Payment Products, Real Estate Secured Lending, and the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) efforts.

Previously, Matt led the Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending business at TD, where he was responsible for the operations and strategic direction of TD's credit card franchise and partnerships teams, including TD branded cards, retail card services, private label, co-brand, and personal loans.

Prior to TD, Matt served as Managing Director of Products and Marketing at Melbourne-based Australia & New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) and Bank of America leading teams in North Carolina and Chester, England across product, marketing, credit cards, and strategy.

Matt earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from the University of Massachusetts. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Amy, and their two children. As a family they enjoy spending time outdoors, frequently traveling to the Adirondacks and exploring destinations across the U.S.

Mary Kate Buckley is the President of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) and has served on its Board of Directors since 2014. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is the largest resort that directly powers its operations with clean (wind) energy.

Mary Kate previously worked for Nike, Inc. where she was a Corporate Officer and held a variety of general management and new business development roles that included overseeing Nike’s operations in Latin America, Canada, European apparel, nike.com and the Bauer Hockey Company. Prior to Nike she developed new businesses for The Walt Disney Company’s Consumer Products Division throughout Asia and later Europe.

She is a Co-Owner of Azienda Agricola Urlari, a premium boutique winery that she co-founded in Tuscany, Italy in 2004.

Buckley holds a bachelor of arts from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from Stern / NYU School of Business. She has been a full-time resident of Teton Village, Wyoming since 2009 and notably, is a multi-year member of Jackson Hole’s 100 Day Club, achieved by skiing 100+ days as the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in a ski season.

Aimée Christensen is the founder and CEO of Christensen Global, a boutique sustainability advisory firm where she leverages deep expertise and a diverse network of relationships to mobilize resources to build an equitable, secure, and restorative world. She advises climate solutions innovators such as Aleph Farms, Hempitecture and RiskThinking.Ai, global impact initiatives including the Clinton Global Initiative, The Elders, Global Ocean Commission and Sustainable Energy for All, major corporations including Duke Energy, FEMSA, Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, Swiss Re and Virgin, and philanthropies including Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the United Nations Foundation.

She has three decades of experience in policy, law, investment, and philanthropy including with Baker & McKenzie, Google, The World Bank, and U.S. Department of Energy, where she began her career, negotiating the first U.S. bilateral climate change agreements (Costa Rica, et al, 1994-1998) and negotiating and managing the first regional energy cooperation, for the Summit of the Americas (1994-98). As an attorney, at Baker & McKenzie she worked on corporate climate change strategy, policy engagement and emissions trading transactions (2001-3) and at the World Bank she advised the Bank’s Carbon Funds and negotiated carbon trading contracts (2005).

At Google, she was hired as Climate Maven for Google.org to build the company’s climate impact strategy, including launching the first Google.org project, RechargeIT, to accelerate the electrification of transportation (2006-07) as well successfully lobbying for passage of California’s climate change legislation, AB32, (2006), and gaining a corporate commitment to carbon neutrality (2007). Upon relaunching her advisory firm in 2007, she served as an adviser to Virgin Unite including on the development of several of Sir Richard Branson’s ground-breaking initiatives (The B Team, The Carbon War Room and The Elders), playing a central role in developing the Carbon War Room, advising during its creation through public launch, and she advised The Elders on their environmental agenda, writing an initial strategy covering global environmental challenges and the Elders’ potential role in the solutions, briefing them at their Johannesburg, South Africa launch and then writing a roadmap for action.

Paul Hogan founded Home Instead with his wife Lori in 1994. On August 6, 2021, Home Instead merged with Honor Technology, Inc. and continues to operate under the Home Instead name. This union brings together the largest, highest-touch home care network AND the leading home care technology and operations platform to revolutionize the Home Care industry for the benefit of the professional caregiver, aging adults, and their families.

Hogan has served as Governor for the Future of Health and Health Care System at the World Economic Forum and as a Steward for the World Economic Forum’s System on the Future of Education, Gender, and Work. He also previously served as the Vice Chair for the Global Agenda Council on Ageing at the World Economic Forum.

In 2016, Hogan became a member of the World Dementia Council (WDC) which consists of global experts and leaders drawn from research, academia, industry, and governments. The WDC focuses on the areas of finance, drug development, data sharing, care improvements and risk reduction.

Hogan was awarded the “E” Award by the U.S. Department of Commerce in May 2008 for successfully exporting the home care concept to other countries. This award is one of the highest honors the federal government presents to individuals, firms, or organizations and Home Instead was honored with the “E Star” Award in 2016 for sustained excellence.

In recognition of his contribution to franchising, Hogan was named the Entrepreneur of the Year for 2006 by the International Franchise Association.

Hogan co-authored Stages of Senior Care (McGraw-Hill), a USA Today Bestseller. Proceeds from book sales go to the Home Instead Charities, which provides financial support to non-profit organizations dedicated to improving the quality of life of older adults.

Hogan currently serves as a founding board member of Home Instead Charities and is an active board member for the following organizations: The National Forest Foundation, University of Nebraska- Omaha Gerontology Advisory Board, University of Nebraska Medical Center iEXCEL Advisory Board, and UsAgainstAlzheimer’s.

Brian Jacobs is an experienced Silicon Valley technology venture capitalist, now teaching at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Brian and two partners founded Emergence Capital in 2003. With investments including Salesforce.com, Zoom, Bill.com, Doximity, and others, Emergence was named “Venture Capital Firm of the Year” in 2017 by the National Association of Venture Capitalist, the “NVCA.”

Brian has sponsored more than 50 startups, has had 13 IPOs, and was named to the Forbes Midas List of Top Venture Capitalists. He has been a mentor to dozens of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and MBAs.

Brian is also the founder of Moai Capital, a seed capital firm that makes early-stage investments in a variety of areas, including technology companies that help to protect and sustain our forests.

Prior to Emergence Capital, Brian was an early general partner at St. Paul Venture Capital (funded by Traveler’s Insurance). Previously he was an engineer for Raychem, RCA, Westinghouse, and Polaroid. He holds several patents.

Brian has a MS and BS in mechanical engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.

He is a board member of Bill.com (NYSE: BILL), Impartner, and AASCEND (the Autism Aspergers Spectrum Coalition for Education, Networking and Development). Brian is happily married with two grown children, and enjoys travel, ancient stone structures, cycling, and cross-country skiing.

Annie Kao is the Vice President of Social Responsibility at Alterra Mountain Company, which operates a portfolio of iconic mountain resorts and the Ikon Pass offering ski and snowboard access to over 50 mountain destinations around the world. At Alterra, Kao leads the company’s diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and other social responsibility actions advancing fair access, inclusive cultures of belonging, and equitable systems in the snowsports and outdoor industries.

Prior to Alterra, Kao was the founder of Ascent Inclusion Consulting, providing strategic DEI advice to prominent outdoor organizations including Mountain Hardwear, the U.S. Ski & Snowboard team, the Colorado Tourism Office, and a range of outdoor brands and ski areas. Kao’s DEI career followed an 18-year career as an attorney, including over a decade as an attorney and Assistant General Counsel within the ski industry.

Kao’s community and volunteer contributions have included service on the State of Colorado’s Independent Ethics Commission and a wide range of non-profit boards, including the National Ski Areas Association, the Share Winter Foundation, service as an officer and board member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association supporting over 50,000 legal professionals nationwide, and as President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado. Kao has also served as a DEI guest lecturer at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business and other higher education institutions. Kao is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and Amherst College.

Toren Kutnick

Toren Kutnick manages a family office that invests in early-stage technology companies; he also manages grants and investments for the Dale & Laura Kutnick Foundation, which funds environmental, educational, medical research and socially responsible non-profit causes. Previously he co-founded and was the Research Director of Myria RAS Inc., a robotics research and advisory services company. He worked largely in the areas of medical, agricultural, and domestic robotics. Toren obtained his B.S. from Cornell University with a focus in Information Science and Natural Resources.

Toren currently serves on a number of non-profit boards including as Vice President of the Board for the Connecticut Invention Convention, Board Member and Chair of the Young Advocates Council of Hudson Riverkeeper, Board Member of the Friends of Ofanim, and serves on the advisory Board of the Riverside Park Conservancy.

Andie's dramatic feature performances have included: "The End of Violence", directed by Wim Wenders, which was selected to screen at the opening of the 50th Anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival; Robert Altman's "The Player" and Short Cuts" for which the cast earned a special Golden Globe Award for Best Ensemble and a special Volpi Cup Award at the Venice Film Festival; "Unstrung Heroes", directed by Diane Keaton and the ever-popular "St. Elmo's Fire". Andie can next be seen alongside Channing Tatum in Warner Bros' "Magic Mike XXL" and her more recent film credits have included: 2011's "Footloose", "Monte Carlo", and the Indie feature "Mighty Fine" with Chazz Palminteri and her own daughter Rainey Qualley. For her philanthropic work, Andie was presented with an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from Lander University and received an Honor of the Arts from Winthrop College.

Andie has served as the national spokesperson for both The Ovarian Cancer Research Fund and the American Heart Association. Additionally, in her continued efforts to bring awareness to preserving nature, Andie has supported the Tree Farmers of America with a national awareness campaign and put 2000 acres of her Montana ranch in a conservation easement with the Montana Land Reliance in her effort to preserve Montana's natural habitat. Andie began her career as a model and appeared in international ad campaigns for brands such as: Yves Saint Laurent, Vassarette, Armani perfume, Sabeth-Row and Bliss Blass. Since 1986, Andie has been the global spokesperson for L'Oreal Paris cosmetics and hair products. Andie's long-standing relationship with the brand has made hisory as the longest relationship between a beauty brand and spokesmodel.

Thomas McHenry served as Dean and President of Vermont Law School from 2017 to 2021 where he directed a variety of initiatives that have made Vermont Law School financially stronger and enhanced its educational programs. He is Chair of the Leadership Council of the Yale School of the Environment and he serves as vice-chair of the advisory council of the Roberts Environmental Center at Claremont McKenna College. He previously worked as an attorney in Los Angeles for over thirty years, the last twenty as a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he practiced general environmental law. McHenry also served as an Adjunct Visiting Professor at Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, California for more than twenty-five years where he taught environmental law and policy and environmental leadership.

McHenry also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence Karlton, Chief United States District Judge of the Eastern District of California in Sacramento, California and as a research fellow in the National Park Department of Taiwan in 1983-1984. He has advised more than fifteen countries on wildlife, national parks and forestry legislation as a consultant to the United Nations and World Bank. He currently serves on the boards of the Center for Large Landscape Conservation and the National Forest Foundation. He holds a JD from New York University Law School and a Master of Forest Science degree from the Yale School of the Environment (formerly the School of Forestry and Environmental Studies) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history from Yale College.

Randy Moore is Chief of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Forest Service, leading a workforce of more than 25,000 permanent employees who sustainably manage 193 million acres of national forests and grasslands; support the world’s largest forestry research organization; and work with states, tribes, and others to sustain all of America’s forests for the benefit of all citizens, today and in the future.

Before being named Chief, Moore served as Pacific Southwest Regional Forester from 2007 to 2021, where he was responsible for 18 national forests in California, covering one-fifth of the state on 20 million acres of land. He also oversaw State & Private Forestry programs in Hawaii and the U.S.-affiliated Pacific Islands.

Moore began his 43-year career in 1978 with USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service in North Dakota. He began his Forest Service career on the Pike and San Isabel National Forests in Colorado and the Comanche and Cimarron National Grasslands in Kansas. After serving as Deputy Forest Supervisor on the National Forests of North Carolina and the Mark Twain National Forest in Missouri, he was Forest Supervisor on the Mark Twain. He then served as Regional Forester for the Eastern Region, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for five years.

Moore’s national experience in Washington, D.C., includes serving as acting Associate Deputy Chief for the National Forest System and as National Deputy Soils Program Manager.

A native of Bastrop, Louisiana, Moore earned his bachelor’s degree in plant and soil science from Southern University. He and his wife Antoinette have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and two grandsons.

His previous positions included Global Issues Manager, Public & Government Affairs Manager of ExxonMobil Gas & Power Marketing Company, and Manager of State Government Relations. Prior to joining the company in 2004, he held several positions in Washington, D.C., including his final position as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Energy & Environmental Technologies in the International Trade Administration.

Kevin resides in Dallas, Texas. He holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University. He was a Marshall Memorial Fellow with the German Marshall Fund in 2008. Kevin serves on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Dallas-Fort Worth and the National Forest Foundation.

Currently, Jeff Nuss is a senior advisor and impact investor after 22 years as Founder and former President & CEO of GreenWood Resources, Inc. (“GreenWood”) and its subsidiaries. Jeff has over 28 years of tree farm development, management and investment experience, and more than 20 years of experience in international business development. Under his leadership, GreenWood grew to over 150 professionals with experience in overseeing forestry assets and investments close to $2.0 billion in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia (China) and managing approximately 741,000 acres (300,000 hectares) in forestry operations certify under third party audited certification programs.

As CEO, he was directly responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the company and overall management of the business. He served as Chair of GreenWood’s Executive and Investment Committees as well as Chaired various Boards related to specific investments made by GreenWood.

GreenWood became an affiliate of TIAA’s Asset Management business (Nuveen) when TIAA acquired an ownership in 2012 and was responsible for overseeing timberland investments made on behalf of TIAA’s General Account as well as for Global Third-Party Institutional Investors seeking the diversification, climate impact, and risk adjusted return value that timberland investments provide to a portfolio.

Prior to founding GreenWood, Jeff worked at CH2M HILL, a global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations, and program management. During his twelve years at CH2M HILL, he worked with municipal, industrial, and private clients addressing issues and opportunities within the natural resource landscape.

Jeff currently serves on the Board of Investors for Heartwood Biomass, World Forestry Center Board of Directors and was recently the Board Chair, Sustainable Northwest Board of Directors, and Sustainable Northwest Woods (for-profit arm of SNW) Board of Directors and will be joining California’s Board of Forestry’s Joint Institute on Wood Products Innovation Advisory Board. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Alliance of Forest Owners, past President and Board member of Agri-Business Council, and past President and Board Member of Western Hardwood Association.

He is a graduate of Oregon State University and holds a B.S. in Bio-Resources Engineering and an M.S. in Resource Management and Policy from Oregon State’s Civil Engineering Department.

James O’Donnell is currently a faculty member at the University of Denver, where he teaches classes focused on Outdoor Industry programs. From June 2021 through March 2023, James was President of the Mountain Division of Vail Resorts. Prior to that, he served as the EVP - Hospitality, Retail & Rental, and Real Estate from December 2016, having previously served as Senior VP of Lodging & Real Estate, COO of VR Hospitality, and as the Hospitality division's CFO.

Joining Vail Resorts in 2002, James held numerous other roles, including Corporate Director of Finance, Regional Director of Operations, and VP of Strategic Development. Before 2002, James specialized in the hospitality and real estate industries as an Assurance and Business Advisory Services Manager at Arthur Andersen.

As a leader within the outdoor industry and recreation space, James believes in fostering relationships with his peers, students, direct reports, and workforce through radical candor and open communication. James and his teams strive to create emotional connections with the outdoors across diverse user groups.

Randy J Peterson has recently retired from Land’s End where he was Vice President and led the Engineering, Corporate Services and Sustainability groups for over 15 years. During that period Randy provided leadership for a diverse group responsible for global facilities (planning, design & construction/project management, real estate), process/systems engineering, administrative services and enterprise wide sustainability. Randy also currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Clean Lakes Alliance in Madison, Wisconsin. With over 25 years of increasingly responsible engineering, project management and corporate leadership roles with companies such as Northrop Grumman, McDonnell Douglas, and Sperry; Randy brought to Lands' End and the Clean Lake Alliance a variety of experiences, and knowledge of some leading practices in industrial engineering, facilities management, accountable leadership, and corporate social responsibility. Currently, Randy is the Principle consultant for LRP Consultants LLC.

Randy possesses a B.S. from the College of Engineering, Arizona State University an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, Illinois, and a professional certification for Georgia Institute of Technology in Supply Chain and Logistics.

An avid sportsman, Randy enjoys fishing in any of Wisconsin's many lakes and golfing pretty much anywhere around the country. He and his wife Linda enjoy traveling to exciting places in the U.S. and abroad. They have three adult-aged children who all lead very successful careers of their own.

Before joining Vail Resorts, Kenny served as Vice President of External Affairs at PepsiCo. Prior to PepsiCo, he held several positions in the Obama White House advising Barack Obama, Joe Biden and US Trade Representative, Ron Kirk. He also served on the Biden – Harris Transition team. Kenny began his career working in local government.

Kenny was appointed by President Biden to serve as a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Black Americans. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at Texas Christian University. Kenny is a recipient of the Washington Business Journal's Diversity in Business award.

Rick C. Wade is senior vice president of Strategic Alliances and Outreach at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Wade develops and implements programs and initiatives to help the Chamber create new business relationships and partnerships across diverse audiences. He also provides counsel on policy issues and leads special projects. His wealth of knowledge and experience in both the public and private sectors enable him to give a megaphone to the voice of business across the country and share the positive impacts of the free enterprise system.

Among Wade’s many responsibilities, he is leading the Chamber’s historic Equality of Opportunity initiative aimed to develop sustainable public policy and business solutions to help close race-based opportunity gaps in education, employment, entrepreneurship, criminal justice, health and wealth.

Before joining the Chamber, Wade was principal of The Wade Group, a strategic communications and global business development firm, and was a partner at Harves Investment Group, a consultancy that facilitated foreign direct investment into the United States.

A member of the Democratic National Committee, Wade as an Adviser to President Barack Obama and National Director of Africa-American Vote at the 2008 Obama for America campaign. He was a senior adviser and deputy chief of staff to former Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke where he was a liaison to the White House, businesses, trade associations, civic organizations, and local governments. He was a member of the White House task forces on Puerto Rico, Small Business Contracting, Automobile Recovery, Military Families, and Historically Black Colleges & Universities. He also served on the Interagency Business Council and former Vice President Joe Biden’s Task Force on Middle Class America and worked with the White House on implementing the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Wade also worked with Commerce’s Economic Development Administration to foster regional economic development in distressed areas, the National Telecommunications and Information Administration on expanding broadband to rural and urban America, the Minority Business Development Agency to create jobs through the growth of minority-owned businesses, and the Census Bureau on executing the 2010 decennial census.

He was an executive at Hoffman-La Roche and Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina. He also had experience at the South Carolina House of Representatives, the Cabinet of the Governor, and the Office of the President at the University of South Carolina.

Wade received his B.S. from the University of South Carolina and an M.P.A. from Harvard University. He was awarded honorary doctorates from Benedict College and South Carolina State University and has received numerous awards for exemplary leadership and public service.

Previously, he was Head of Bloomberg’s Client Solutions Partner Group leading cross platform solutions for Bloomberg’s largest media partners. He joined Bloomberg in 2010 first as the Worldwide Publisher of Bloomberg Businessweek and Businessweek.com. He joined Bloomberg from Time Warner where over a twenty five year career he held various roles including Worldwide Publisher of FORTUNE and EVP of Sales, Marketing and Media for Time Inc. International.

Hugh is an avid outdoorsman and sportsman. He is a past President of the Camp Fire Club of America, where he also served as President of the Camp Fire Conservation Fund. He also took time out from his media career to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the National Shooting Sports Foundation (2016-17.)
