Allie Kline brings to the Board deep marketing, communications and transformation expertise. Most recently she served as chief marketing and communications officer for Oath Inc., the Verizon Communications, Inc. subsidiary consisting of 20+ distinctive digital brands reaching 1 billion consumers including AOL, HuffPost, MAKERS, TechCrunch, Tumblr, and Yahoo. She served as chief marketing and communications officer for Oath, from Oath’s formation in 2017 following Verizon’s acquisition of Yahoo to July 2018, where she was responsible for all consumer and B2B marketing, external and internal communications, brand strategy and creative, and corporate citizenship and cause marketing.

She also served as the head of MAKERS, Oath’s prominent women's media brand. Kline held the position of chief marketing and communications officer for AOL from 2013 to 2017 prior to and following Verizon’s acquisition of AOL in 2015.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Pier 1 Imports and is a member of the iconic retailer’s Compensation Committee. She previously chaired the Oath Foundation Board, was a member of the Executive Committee for the Internet Advertising Board of Directors, and served on the Board of The Female Quotient. Kline is a diehard Boston Celtics fan currently living in Denver, Colorado. She enjoys fishing, hiking and skiing with her husband, two daughters and dog Fenway.
